General terms and conditions
These general terms and conditions (GTC) apply to all purchases or use of services via the website thomaspatrick-photo.com. In order to make the text clearer, the terms and conditions are written in male form. They apply mutatis mutandis to the female form. The language of the terms and conditions is German.
You place an online order in the online shop. This order is binding once you have clicked the “Order for a fee” button. Please note that a legally valid sales contract is created. After the order has been received, an order confirmation is always sent by email.
a) Delivery times: Your order will be processed as soon as possible after receipt of payment.
b) Shipping costs: We charge a flat shipping fee of CHF 30.00 per order. Shipping is free from CHF 500.00.
c) Shipping: The delivery is made by the Swiss Post. If you would like express delivery, the additional costs will be charged separately. Please check the packages and report any damage to the deliverer immediately.
d) Catchment area: Deliveries can be sent worldwide. The shipping costs for deliveries outside Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein will be charged additionally.
e) Prices: Discounts and promotions are always calculated from the gross price.
You can settle your payment by bank transfer, Twint or cash on collection.
thomaspatrick-photo.com strives to ensure that customers receive high quality products. If something is wrong with the delivered product or the delivery does not match your order (wrong product or if a product is missing), please contact the website operator immediately. When sending an email, please include as many details as possible (including a picture if something is wrong with the product).
As soon as the website operator has received the product back, the value of the purchased product will be refunded to you after examining the problem. Individually made or personalized products are excluded from the right of return.
Returns fees are borne by the buyer. Please make sure that the return is securely packaged.
How to return a product
Please note that when you return a product, your name and address can be seen. Without this information, the refund will not be processed. A detailed description of the reason for the return is also helpful.

thomaspatrick-photo.com is not liable for damage caused by using the delivered goods. If the complaint is justified, the website operator has the right to exchange the goods complained about or to remedy the defect.

Business conditions other than those described here only apply with prior written confirmation. We reserve the right to make technical changes to articles, misprints, price errors and delivery options.
Secure transmission of customer data and optimal protection of privacy are very important to thomaspatrick-photo.com. None of the data recorded in connection with an order will be passed on. The mandatory data will only be made available to those departments familiar with the processing of the order.

a) Applicable law in the event of disputes is exclusively Swiss law.
b) The goods remain our property until they have been paid for in full.
c) The place of jurisdiction is Davos.
